Hey guys, I have 3 tlts and none of them steer that well, i notice that the one that doest have the KBF half shafts steers the best. I am thinking maybe the axle is hitting the cup? I have heard of people shaving down the "stops" on the axles? Are you guys shaving the kunckle down or the actual axle case? Any help or pictures is appreciated. thanx Mike

PinchFlat just made a post about his new body on his Jefferson chassis. It also had pictures of how he shaved his axle housings for more steering.

I shaved down the KBF axles to match the cup size of the TLT axles. You could shave the housings to get a bit more, but it is a negligble gain.
