HPI's Spike wheels will bolt up, you may need to narrow them a little on the inner bead.

Try to find some used Pro-Line Mashers or Moabs, if you really want cheap.

Any 1/10th scale body will work, your wheel base is a little long for them though. HPI makes a Jeep Rubicon body.

Check www.towerhobbies.com for parts, if there aren't any hobby shops in your area.

Your link set-up looks pretty good from the side, it looks like your upper links need to be longer. What driveshafts are you running, looks like dogbones? If they are dogbones, ditch them and pick-up some Stampede or Maxx 2.5 driveshafts. Dogbones can cause bind as your suspension travels. Invest in a good set of 4" shocks too.

Rustler or stampede front wheels will do the trick. They have a good offset and you can use your stock hexes for now. also try ebay for tiers like Moabs, swamp dawgs and G hawgs as well as masher 2ks.

(Just my 2 cents) I say sh!t can the chassis and tranny and go with a stampede. Have you taken it out on the rocks yet?

I'd shorten it to 12.5" and get some rear stampede rims(paint them flat blcak). I have some onfa pirate 10 tires that would work alirght ill let you have them if you pay shipping. I also have a body if you want it because I dont. After that some new shocks would work, Losi shocks seem to work quite well.

Try and make the bottom of your chassis look like this. Here is the body and tires as well.
Oh ya get rid of those bumpers they do nothing but get in the way.

Where in Utah are you? If you are anywhere near Utah county you should come out to a comp and see crawlers first hand.

And get rid of that five linky thing on the rear axle that is holding the wheels straight ahead...dang that's one tall post! ...and it's gonna break something sooner or later.

Make some short links to the top of the rear axle housing to hold the rear knuckles strtaight ahead.

Other than that looks like a nice start.

Default wheels

You can use stampede wheels but you will either need to buy axels with longer threads, or you can counter-sink the hex and use the stock axels. Most people recommend the stampede fronts because of the greater offset. I understand that ofna wheels will mount right on with no modifications. Also get rid of the bumpers. They'll ruin your approach.

Check out this tread.rims for TLT

Default tires

If you need to save money buy cheap wheels like the stampede fronts, but use the money you save on a good set of tires.
