I would say TLT - I think its for the scale comp class. I see the spare, but I think that it is sitting on the hood! so could be a Rover, or a baja bug?, maybe one of them Kubelwagen(or however its spelled) - and the tires look like 2.2 swampers

The only lexan bodies I know of with molded in tires are the Tamiya PreRunner Chevy and F-150.

I don't think its the ae body, and its not the S-10 body, the F-150 is the only one with the tire molded in.

Toyo is a Yota guy, so I'd think it would be the yota body?

I'm thinking Parma Toyota tundra for the max (the body in most of there adds was blue) but then again it has that spare tire, but I think at one time they made a race version of it. Just a guess though-it looks really big on there. Mach 1 chassie TLT axles |

DING DING DING..... Damn Dave, you know me I guess working for Toyota can destroy your mind Yes, AE Baja Toyota body. It's a very small body, center of wheelwell to center of wheelwell is 10.5" I'll be stretching it out to a 12" wheelbase, little trimming needed to make it look like a scale/real stretch job. Small list: TLT axles locked with Lock-Snot HS605BB steering HS-5645MG winch Mach I chassis OR a more scale Tamiya one 3-link in rear and probably a 3-link up front 'Pede tranny Maxx 2.5 driveshafts AE Toyota body ...and list goes on. | |

TOYO - can you put up a post on how you did your winch jobby and possibly a vid or two? Do you have a WB limit with the scale class? |

Very minor update... Cletus now has a more scale chassis. It fits super clean and will be much better than the Mach I. The Mach I would have worked but wouldn't have completed my goal to make this thing look scale and to keep it mostly Tamiya. This new chassis also helps me keep the long lower links and get my wheelbase right where I want it, at 12". I hope to get the body painted on Saturday and to finish up the rest of the suspension and chassis mods so I can have a roller by Sunday to show off when a few of the ORCRC guys get together to crawl. |
