HAHA...i gotcha. Question on body detail...could you detail the winch from the outside?? I was thinking of doing this and then making a stinger bumber outta brake tubing, which would also protect the front end of the body from damage in a roll over...?

Oh ya, you could easily paint it from the under side and like you are saying yes---do a stinger. right now the front of the body around the winch is starting to crack due to the fact of how the winch portion of the body sticks out...

So on sunday we had a run with a bunch of the toy guys. So me and the kids headed up early with our lil rigs and decided to play in a spot that I thought would be pretty cool to try.. Here are a few action shots

Yea it sticks out pretty good..I was thinking detail it like tht, and then do a radiator guard plus stinger might keep it from getting knocked around

Its a cool spot, lots of rocks to play on. I let my 10 year old drive my rig thru it--he is always ALL smiles, lol.

Its coming along slowly, wish I had more time to put into it but these 1:1 prodjects are sucking it up,lol

I know.. but isn't the actual differential the same? Most of the ORCRC guys know about the other Tamiya axles....

Thanks to RBGerrish, from an ORCRC competition back in May '04:
