new or used? used would be looking on e-bay
new would be just buying the whole tlt kit cause
if you wanted to get just the axels new for cheap you would eaither have to find some new ones on e-bay or somthin
if you bought the indivual pieces to make them it would cost more than the whole tlt kit.
i was in the same situattion so i just bought the kit and the parts you dont use on the axels always come in handy when building a custom rig.

Like yoda said, I would just buy the kit. It gives a boatload of extra screws, nuts, spacers and fun things like that that can be used in the project elsewhere. Most people buy the TLT just for the axles, and they usually sell everything else, so it might be hard to find complete axles on ebay. You can try though, but definately not worth the money to try and order individual parts and build the axles.
