Default add more shocks

has anyone replaced there upper shock links with small shocks?

well thanks for the fast replys i tryed it with some mini-t shocks and it worked preety good untell it broke.i think ill try some sedan shocks 8O opps i forgot to mention what kind of rig i have.tlt-1 max climber. a shock from the axel to the catalever,to shock to chassis

Ohhhh.... I see what you mean. At first I thought you meant your upper suspension links, which I was going to say it wouldn't work, but I remember a RCCaraction article with a kyosho truck that had upper shocks instead of links, so I wasn't positive on that and was waiting for someone else to chime in.

I know back in the day I saw a TXT with shocks mounted to both sides of the cantilever, and he said it helped with articulation, but the TLT does a pretty good job of getting to the end of the ball end's travel when the shock travel ends, so I don't know how much of an improvement would be made.

it made it handle alot better on flat ground but i didnt see any dif off road.i've had the tlt for maybe a week and all ready have it stretched with a 19 turn and mg servo cant wait to get my credit card bill
