Default Jugg exo part 2

after the first go around with building an exoed Jugg TLT and then dismantling it to use the drivetrain in a comp tuber, I decided to make another go of it.
here is what it used to look like.
http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/attac...tid=7743&stc=1
the axles on the redo with also be TLT (still have to buy)
tranny will be XXXT (couse thats what I have)
lathe motor
the rest will be determined later.
what I have done so far.
first pic- bobbed and dovetailed the bed
second pic- bondoed the scratches and cut lines then painted grabber green

I really like those Jugg bodies. It's nice to see a scale-ish truck besides the Toyota. I might have to jump on the bandwagon one of these days and get one going.

How did you go about the dovetailed bed? Im just curious as I just picked up a jugg body dirt cheap with a crack in the bed and I want to dovetail it for my TLT crawler. I love the thing altogether, I wished I could braze cause an exo would be awesome!

measure 2x, cut, glue. cut the tailgate after you cut and glue the bed. the inside of the bed looks horrible but thats ok since after the exo around the outside of the bed is done I'll be cutting the inside out to make a deeper bed for a more realistic look, plus more room for the spare.
btw all my tubers are welded not brazed.
