Default TLT alum C bearing mod???

my aluminum c's are totally worn out where the screws go into the knuckle. I know of the mod where you drill the c out and put a flanged or hat bearing top and bottom of the knuckle. does anyone know where to get the bearings? I know the inside needs to be 3mm. let me know, thanks.

My new C's are loose causing steering flop, I'm going to install Oilite bushes or turn myself a set of Delrin bushes.

Mine sound like a different design to yours, my screws bottom out on the Knuckle with the head of the screw running in the C.

I can get oilite bushes in the UK from almost any bearing supplier, I Googled Oilite USA and got:-

Beemer Precision, Inc., Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, USA

update. ok i found the bearings at 3 racing. they are 3mm x 6mm x 2.5mm flanged bearing. one axle repair will take 4 of them. when they come in the mail I will do a write up with pics.

So I found out my camera doesnt take small detailed close-up pics well. this is super easy. I just used a 15/64th drill bit which puts the hole at 5.95mm of an opening. This causes the bearing to have a press fit into the hole. I just drilled the opening and just pressed the 3mm x 6mm x 2.5mm flanged bearing in with a pair of lineman pliers on the outside of the knuckles. then I installed the knuckles with some locktight on the longer screws. works great. I got the bearings from 3racing. 10 bearings for 12bucks. warning they ship from china so it takes a few weeks to get them.

sorry for the crappy pics.
drilled out hole.

installing bearing, it just presses in.

all installed
