Least expensive would be to make your own.

Dagger maxx adapters work on the TLT as well.

What about the Maxx adapter from Inet R/C? If your going to run offset Maxx wheels they will work or combine them with Inet's wheel wideners:

Maxx 14mm Hez Adapters, part number CLMX001 $24.95/set

Lowest cost would be to bend a peice of sheet metal in the shape of a hex and slide it inbetween the 12mm hex on the axles and the 14mm hex on the rims.

Do you have a drill press or access to one? If so, get a maxx wheel, and go to a hardware store. Find a bolt head that fits the hex in the wheel perfectly, as in no slop. Buy a few more than 4 so that you have a backup just incase. Cut the thread off of the bolts, and find the exact size of the TLT axle (the actual axle, where the hex hub mounts to) or just get a small drill bit, and drill out the center until it fits the axle snug, but loose enough that it doesnt cause the axle to have problems turning. Once you have all four done, just cut a slit through the middle for the hex pin.
