| new idea for tlt upper link mount
I found a new thing to use for a tlt upper link mount on the axle, and it only cost me 6 dollars, and it can be modified with basic hand tools, im going to finish up the first one, then try a step by step on the second one. all i need from you all is the basic height/width/depth of your aluminum upper length mount. i think this might work, but i have no axle to try it on. if someone can get me theese measurements, i will have the first one done in a few. thanks |

You also have to figure in that there is a part of the axle that fits in a "gruv" (sp) on the underside of the servo mount. I will try and get the measurements for you, but it will take a few. I'm a little tied up. |

Not bad. Ugly...That grove he is talking about can be sanded down. Or you can just grove the link/Servo mount. By the way what is that?

it is a electrical box from the hardware store, just cut thr top off. i was looking for steel, but all of the steel boxes had the punch outs pressed into them, but this is lighter, and should be just as strong. |
