Re: TLT Scaler Build.. Ireland..

Sometimes servos have notches to fit only one way into the same brand's receiver port. It looks like that notch, and a little extra material was removed. You just take an X-Acto blade and slice it, and you know, sometimes the blade takes a little more than you wanted. That's my guess as to what happen there, could be wrong.

Shave the lip off the bottom of the axle cases so you don't get hung up. "thumbsup"

Thank you for trying to make me feel better about this buy.."thumbsup"
I know what you mean about removing the tab,, but it's a used crappy servo, I payed the seller for a new one..

I've ordered a TLT axle mounting kit..

eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace

So that will improve the link/shock mounting and the angle of the shafts and remount the steering servo above the axle

Please note..
as far as I know..this seller is not on this forum ..

Sucks that they sent it to you with different stuff but Tlts are a fun build that's what I started with when I started rock crawling years ago and I still have it

Cool build. Sucks that guy boned you.

The KC Jones C's require cutting of the plastic housing, but it's easy. Well worth it.

I saw that for sale, but don't remember where. Sucks you didn't get what you expected, but you are doing a nice job cleaning it up.
