Default TLT Scaler Build.. Ireland..

I bought this the other week..
Has a hand made chassis running TLT axles through a axial tranny with Junfac shafts, alloy links. HPI shell with scale accessories and led lights, Gmade beadlocks with geolander tyres.

Now when it arrived..
I was not too happy..

Crappy cheap servo and as you can see broken plug..

The shocks that where fitted in the For Sale add ,
where not the ones fitted when it arrived..

Broken link braces aswell..

And no Junfac Drive shafts..

Sometimes servos have notches to fit only one way into the same brand's receiver port. It looks like that notch, and a little extra material was removed. You just take an X-Acto blade and slice it, and you know, sometimes the blade takes a little more than you wanted. That's my guess as to what happen there, could be wrong.

Shave the lip off the bottom of the axle cases so you don't get hung up.

Thank you for trying to make me feel better about this buy..
I know what you mean about removing the tab,, but it's a used crappy servo, I payed the seller for a new one..

I've ordered a TLT axle mounting kit..

eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace

So that will improve the link/shock mounting and the angle of the shafts and remount the steering servo above the axle

Please note..
as far as I know..this seller is not on this forum ..

This page could be your new friend.

TLT*Axles*::*RCP*Crawlers

Check out the axle stays and/or mounts for mounting your lower links in the appropriate spot.

Cool build. Sucks that guy boned you.

The KC Jones C's require cutting of the plastic housing, but it's easy. Well worth it.

I saw that for sale, but don't remember where. Sucks you didn't get what you expected, but you are doing a nice job cleaning it up.
