axle problem, im puzzled

i got my tlt build now. i made my own chassis and links. but my problem is my rear axle is a 1/4-1/2" to the left of my front axle. in other words my tracks done follow each other. if i adjust my links will this help? or just make things worse? do i need to remake my chassis? any info will help
thanks

really hard to help without pics, are all your links the same length???

yes the problem is in the links, they are what locates the axle youve got one link longer than the other or 2 longer than the other two... if your axle is more to the left (drivers) side then the links on that side are shorter than the others... best bet would to be remove all 4 links and measure them, make sure the 2 lowers are equal in length and the 2 upperas are equal in length...

thanks a lot guys ill go check it (i do know the holes on my chassis are a lil bit off could that be it? if so i could correct it in the links couldnt i?)

yeah the holes are the problem then...... you could make it up in the links but it might bind when flexing

you couild correct it by adjusting the links but it would result in inconsistant performance, such as articulating more one direction that the other... make sure the holes are exact and the links are exact.
