My homebuilt Just finished a homebuilt chassis for my tlt. Running a Losi XXT tranny laid down with a 12.5" WB. Cheap shocks and electrics. 27 turn motor for now. Looks kinda hack but works pretty good. Pics are driven. I seem to hear alot of clicking. Ohh well runit til it breaks.:redneck: http://img457.imageshack.us/img457/122/rc0026ki.jpg http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/7065/rc0013zm.jpg http://img457.imageshack.us/img457/8278/rc0035fm.jpg http://img77.imageshack.us/img77/1586/rc0093yo.jpg http://img126.imageshack.us/img126/8601/rc0057zn.jpg http://img126.imageshack.us/img126/6105/rc0063id.jpg http://img126.imageshack.us/img126/3055/rc0082et.jpg |
I have two points of clicking on my rig. One is the spur gear rubbing on the chassis (just a tad). The other point is the axles at the yokes. At full extension, the yokes are at a pretty harsh angle and have not worn in yet. I like homebuilts more than store bought. Good job! |
Put a new body on it and it will look 100 times better. |
Pretty sure that is on his list. :D |
I have a couple old race bodys but I want to get a new one so I can paint another myself. I think my noises might be at the yokes also. Running custom dogbone style driveshafts. Here is a pic with 1/10 body on. http://img149.imageshack.us/img149/7...ids3318uy1.jpg |
