Default Gear cover

Got bored last night and made a cover for my gears. I've been doing some dirt hill climbing and didn't want to throw anything into the gears and mess them up. Took a strip of lexan, put it in the oven on tin foil for about 30 seconds and molded it to the shape of the tranny. Then I cut an end cap to go on it. Used CA+ glue. I know it's kind of ugly but the glue messed up the lexan in places so it got painted. Just wanted to share it with you guys.

looking the material of his chassis (cutting board??) i think he went with the cheap and ghetto route

looks pretty good for a 10? 15? minute job. if my pede tranny didn't come with one i would have just stuck some cardboard on mine
