Class of 2007 I was lucky enough to get an SW3 Chassis again, I sold mine once ago and I regret it so much. What I want to do here is, build a vintage crawler out of parts from the old days. The tires will be switched to Moabs or Rock-Claws. Also, the Stampede tranny is under restoration and will be back in soon. http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5454/7...9be0c25e_b.jpg http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7229/7...0802e954_b.jpg RC4WD Straight-Axle parts http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5316/7...803edfb5_b.jpg First Felsenfest Knuckles for zero-ackermann http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8025/7...6c92494b_b.jpg MIPīs for 45° http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8157/7...f5af8826_b.jpg Worn driveshafts from a Stampede: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8006/7...bf31abce_b.jpg (running still)) Trail rash http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7100/7...25b44a0d_b.jpg I loved those MSD rims: http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7216/7...10f8440e_b.jpg Sticker, yeah! http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7227/7...14300c35_b.jpg And the original Bender Customs SW3 chassis (Thanks to, you know who you are !). http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5443/7...ee679c88_b.jpg http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5349/7...f1c216f7_b.jpg |

Re: Class of 2007 Looks great I have one on the bench myself ...A Top Banana with TLT axles . |
Re: Class of 2007 Sure would be kool to see it back to life the og way! |
Re: Class of 2007 This is a cool build. I've always wished I had kept all my crawlers together and never robbed parts or sold anything. It would be cool to have a collection of the top of the line rigs from the TLT days up to the Berg/XR trucks. Im doing an OG Berg build right now with stock berg axles and a Kamikazi 3.5 chassis on DNA wheels. Its a roller and brings back lots of memories. :ror: |
