Nice simple and clean! Good job, one thing is it looks like there is enough room to mount the battery in the front?

looks awesome! That chassis looks very familiar, have I seen it before? I see that you are using the stock tranny as well, how is that working out for you?

Sweet. Looks alot like the "Scale TJ" from a couple months back. He had a long chassis like that. It looks like you traced the stock chassis and extended it out. How does it run?

A couple of questions: What shocks are you using (how long are they?) and what did you make the chassis out of? I really like how the shocks are mounted and the bumpers, really give it those little scale touches, alot of the scale jeeps look kind of weird because the bodies look to just be floating there. |

That looks like the HPI Rubicon body and a 12" wheel base to match? Very nice, i will be getting my TLT in a few days to begin my first crawler attempt.

That is a nice TLT you have there! Looks incredible, especially the bumpers you made. Good use of material I have the same wheels but I have a problem with the wheel nuts not staying on the axles tightly. The wheels are too thick or something and the locknut doesn't seat all the way on threads. From the pics it looks like you drilled the wheel out bigger. Is this correct? I've been scratching my head on this for a while... :? |

I did the same thing as above on my Pede wheels. I used a 1/2" bit and only went about 1/8" deep. A mill bit would work better.
