Default my new Tuber

the frame i just bought (it a Boyer) got it today . i put the good stuff on it today hpi wheels , masher tires , tlt axles , maxx shocks & 5645 servo (hitec) got a super rooster , 3300 mh battery and Hitec radio (srx) to put in it . it had the stock tranny but i have a pede to go in it . bought a cut board tonite to make a new skid/tranny mount . got to get some drive shafts and some gears. i did order some bearings today .i think i will call it " Nucking Futs TLT " here is a lnk to a pic http://groups.msn.com/TeamM-C-RC-R-C...oto&PhotoID=12 what do you guys think of it ?

thanks guys , i need to get some Rockrings for it. hey Unimoger what do you have ? oh yes i have a 55 turn lathe motor to go in it . what would be the best spur /pin gear to run on the pede tranny ?

Very Nice. I'm gald that you like it. It'll be a better crawler with out that stock tlt tranny in there.

yep the stock tranny has got to go . i am new to the shaft world but i like already .

Looks pretty good. I Like the color, it contrasts well with the aluminum.

i am liking to color also ClodKing . i was thinking of repainting it but i am going to leave it alone. oh and RamBuller this is no Shelf Queen it willbe run Nucking Futs !! lol

well i worked on getting the pede tranny in tonite . i want to lay it down but it was just no way to do it . making the mounts was not hard. I used 1 1/2" alum. angle . I used the holes in the frame that was used for the stock tranny. it was still a very tight fit had to remove the ears on the tranny and set it abit to the front but it worked. now it look as if the frame was made for a pede tranny. i will try and get some more pics of it up soon .

i got the sliders done and the steering links made . i narrowed the wheels and put some of Unimoger's Rock Rings on .i got the batteries mounted . i put 2 on each side in the middle of the frame alittle bit closer to the front stacked on each other and 2 across the front axle end to end behind the servo. the super rooster looked out of place in there it was to big . so i got a novak XRS on the way . anyway a new pic for everyone .

that last pic shows the shocks mounted to the links you might want to change that it has evry reson for torqe twisting out the A$$
but they are standing more upright then laid down so i dont really know how they react looks killer tho
