Default SW2 body mount question

I have my SW2 here and a Rubicon shell that I wanna mount. The stock TLT body posts seem too short to mount the shell, can anyone sugest other alternative mounting posts to use?

Are you going straight up or out the sides?

If you go side ways you can use the Associated TC3 front body mounts.

On my body I used some HPI post extenders to bring mine up an inch or so. I can post a pic if you need it.

Proline makes a set of long body posts. I cant find them on Tower or the Proline website, but HobbyTownUSA has them every time I need a set. Here is a pic:
(click for a larger size)

The base of the post is an octagon so you'll have a nice flat mounting surface (most others are cylindrical). I had to drill a second mounting hole, but they are plent long and will work fine with your SW2 chassis.

They seem to do the job perfectly. Now does anyone know who makes them?

Thanks Frank
