well the little PIMP SLAP done even better than I thought it would . It was the only 2.2 to finish course #2 and I got a 4th over all with out dig (but that will change) . it had maybe 15 mins run time on it in the house before the comp. It needs a little weight moved around and a better driver ( working on that ). I will post up some pics soon .

He's right!
Plus+, You'll be needing those at B.P. in November...
I wish I'd been able to watch you crawl this time...

I'm usually not a fan of car-bodied crawlers, but that just looks awesome!

lets see some video!

I don't have any video. but i can tell you THE HUSTLER was the only 2.2 to finish course #2 at Green River comp (S.E.R.C.R.C) this past weekend and took 4TH over all and there was 23 2.2 signed up . so not to BADD I don't think for a rig that had not even been on the rock .

Default can you DIG The HUSTLER

well as promised the Hustler can DIG , thanks to a friend . He came up with a way to use REVO SHAFTS . He used the shafts that run from the tranny to the diffs in a REVO.(short shafts) then He machined a slider . now the thing about this is it will not lock the rear wheels only unlock the drive shaft . but is good because you can also use frontwheel drive only . as for locking the wheel I use another servo used 2 rods to push out to the tires for brakes now with that said that is 2 servos to make the dig work . I did it with a 3 channel radio and a y-harness .half the throw opens the drive shaft the other haft brakes the wheels . now to make the revo shaft work with the pede tranny i had to turn down the yoke . i did it in my drill press with a file . took it down to .488 about the same size a stock pede yoke . oh yes He did send a 1/4 steal pin to go inside the REVO shaft to keep them centered when the slider move off and opens the shafts up . had to drill out the revo shafts to let the pin slide in and out free . all and all it was an easy install . thanks Kamikaze for letting me test your parts . you know i will beat the piss out of them .

Default Nice work

That is what I was going towards but wanted to use the same servo that runs the slider.

BTW: thanks for the link and nice work on the TLT

thanks Tommy , the reason we did it like this is because on a step climb . when a shafty starts to rareup . you can kick the rear out and save a flipover . the front will hold your place on the rocks . till you get it to settle back down .
