| My First custom TLT build
Alright guys, here are some pics of my first TLT build. Let me know what you all think. I am thinking about laying down the Pede tranny to lower the COG and also exploring different battery choices. I'd really try to get some of the weight down lower, and it looks like the way the shocks are mounted on the top that when it flexes they will bind. Maybe the mount moves

Your shocks look fine to me. The mount looks weak, but the idea should work. You can lay the tranny down, or run it like that. But lose the battery immediately. Get a stick pack to lay on the links, or an even smaller mini-t pack. With the battery on the chassis it'll be real top heavy. Otherwise, good work on the chassis. Is it milled, or waterjet? |
