11 1/4 outside of tire.... I think it looks that way because the spacers. Then I think he double narrowed the wheels.

sweet pics. there is nothing more fun than crawling around where there is water. my tlt went swimming last week. just killed the receiver. esc, servo, and battery pack survived.
