| driveshaft question
I'm getting started on my tlt build and have a quick question. Do the jato shafts fit onto the output shaft from the axles or the metal yokes from traxxas or do I have to get stampede shafts? I've tried putting maxx shafts on the metal yokes but they seem too loose and prone to becoming disconnected. Any info will be appreciated.

| http://www.rcpics.net/view_single.php?medid=81493 i used the maxx sized shafts. If you drill a hole all the way through the outputs on the tranny, and the axle pinion, they will never fall off, and are super strong http://www.rcpics.net/view_single.php?medid=81490 Sorry the pics suck! |

it was extremely simple, since the metal is soft, i used a 3/32 size bit, it is a good fit, actually the bit is a little small, but you just need to round it out a litlle to make it fit. It was easy, oh yeah i started with a smaller bit at first to start the hole |

I drilled my axle pinions as well, Recommend taking the time and taking the axle apart and using a drill press, or at least setting it up right to use a hand drill Like he said the metal is soft and u dont want to mess that up by drill it out wrong. just what I did and havnt had any problems |
