I've been running that chassis all season. I like it alot. Just put a R2 in mine as well. Truck looks great. Good job.

How do the delrin links feel on that 60/40 XRC chassis?? Do they feel like they'll hold up to quite a bit of abuse? Also, what type of shocks did you use... I love this build, it came out looking awesome. |

as for the links- they seem very stout, I know there was some concern the the XRC delrin links snapping in the past; but from what I have seen there is no way to break these under any type of abuse. The shocks were an eBay special, I think I gave 35$ for them shipped through some guy... RG-motorsports if my memory is correct. They are 3.5" in the front and 4.0" in the rear (due to the fact that the setup is 60/40) I have been working on getting my electronics mounted and installing a front brush gaurd on the bronco.. pics to follow.

both front and rear measure out tobe about the same... u-joint to u-joint they are almost exactly 4"... add about .5" for the yokes. I did not cut down any of the R2 trans output shaft... drive angle seems fine with no binding at all. pic. Last edited by mrpink; 01-06-2007 at 10:20 AM.
