How do the delrin links feel on that 60/40 XRC chassis?? Do they feel like they'll hold up to quite a bit of abuse?

Also, what type of shocks did you use... I love this build, it came out looking awesome.

Thanks for all the compliments... i cant wait to get it out on the rocks asap.

as for the links- they seem very stout, I know there was some concern the the XRC delrin links snapping in the past; but from what I have seen there is no way to break these under any type of abuse.

The shocks were an eBay special, I think I gave 35$ for them shipped through some guy... RG-motorsports if my memory is correct. They are 3.5" in the front and 4.0" in the rear (due to the fact that the setup is 60/40)

I have been working on getting my electronics mounted and installing a front brush gaurd on the bronco.. pics to follow.

I am pretty sure those broncos had the wipers from the top, it is kinda funny to put the mechanics of a wiper up there though. It seems like you would hear the motor all the time, unless it is all linkage. heres a pic form mudfest

some shafts are longer than others....

both front and rear measure out tobe about the same... u-joint to u-joint they are almost exactly 4"... add about .5" for the yokes. I did not cut down any of the R2 trans output shaft... drive angle seems fine with no binding at all.

pic.
