Default R2 in an SW2?

Have searched quite a bit and can't find what I am looking for. Is anyone running an RC4WD R2 tranny in a SW2? If so I would like to see some pics. Thank you.

I haven't seen any yet, although I could of missed it. Anyway, I don't see why it can't. I would think with the smaller, lighter R2, you'd make an awsome crawler incredible.

That's my plan as well and I will probably go with the punisher shafts as well. Working on my third Sw2 and taking my time to do it right. So far it's the cleanest build yet.

I have done it on a 3" wide SW2 chassis. I built a 1/4" tall plate that mounts the trans to the skid plate, but another guy here just drilled 4 holes in the right side chassis plate to mount the trans in a standard 2"wide chassis. Either way, its not hard, and fits pretty well. I dont have pics of my setup, but once you get the R2 and the SW2 in your hands you will see the possibilities.

I am getting ready to do this myself and was thinking about mounting it to the skid without a spacers because that would keep the CG low and just notching out the chassis plate, and counter sinking the screws in the bottom of the skid. Has anyone finished an R2 SW2?? Mine will also be with WK axles
