Ok i got it done. The layout is temporary untill my dad has more time to get the plugs done. I took a short video of it in my room. I will take somemore video of it out on the rocks with out a body tomorrow, unless i can fit a different body to it. Here is the video.

The gear mesh seems... either too loose or too tight. Do you think there's a problem with the loud clicking?

The nut holding the pinion on is hitting the slipper clutch just barely on the inside. I knew someone was going to ask that.

I am just going to wait for it to grind down. My extended driveshaft popped out, the middle male shaft came unglued and fell out. I used lots of glue this time and it should hold up. I just have to take the shocks off and stic it back in. Depending on how long it takes to dry i might not have a video of it today.

I painted the body but im still waiting for it to dry all the way. It looks pretty awesome, just like the real one i showed. It looks more like it when we have our bikini top on though. I am going to cut it out and put decals on hopefully tonight if it dries in time. If not ill do it tomorrow and have it running tomorrow afternoon and then take a video of it out in the dirt. Im not sure if i have long enough body posts though.

I finished the body but im not sure how to mount it, the posts aren't long enough. I know you can mount them on the side so they stick out the sides of the body but these posts won't work like that. I'll probably have to get longer ones unless anyone has mounted a jeep body with the stock tlt body posts then a picture of how you did it would be great.

Here is one. The other one isn't downloading. I'll try again later. Here it is.

Here is the picture of my jeep body. I am not all the way done putting the stickers on it yet but i think i got pretty close to the real one.

Edit: And sorry about my truck sounding like an angry warthog. I am going to shim the motor further away from it so the nut isn't hitting it anymore.

Thanks to a tip from 666, i eliminated the clicking noise. He said to turn the pinion inside out so the nut is on the outside and it worked. Thanks a lot 666.

I need some help. On my extended driveshaft, i super glued the male shaft to one end of the driveshaft. Now it isn't holding at all. I have already had it pop out twice. Is there anything that will hold it together better? I am tired of it ruining my day and have to wait for the glue to dry. Thanks.

Ok i used some tire glue for a quicky today and crawled it for two battery packs and it worked fine and is holding up pretty good. I have a question though. I need longer body posts to mount the jeep body. What size is good? Should i just get the 3 1/2 inch ones from http://thecrawlerstore.com/bodies.html and just leave some sticking out the top so i have room to adjust or try to get a smaller one that won't look as bad? I would try to get the ones that stick out the side but i don't know where i can get them. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Edit: And any quick info is great so i can order them tonight.

Edit: This is my first time at editing a video and if you look closely you can see the driveshaft pop out at about 2:38.
