I just got back from home depot ,got that putty .worked great ,less mess just ball it up and push it in .

Are you going to put your electronics on those stock tamiya link plates that you have mounted on your chassis? Looks good!!

Cool idea, I was going to make some aluminum ones, but this will be quick and easy.

Doesn't it suck that 3mm hardware is hard to come by at the local stores?

I ordered from McMaster Carr.

yea I was at home depot yesterday ,maybe hoping they had something to help me finish ,but nope. I ordered some from McMaster Carr and rc screw.that is true with the mounts easy and free.

quick question on wiring the esc (tekin rebel 2).I never installed one so bare with me.whick slot on the receiver does it plug into, any pictures would be a great help .and here is a sneek peak of the body I'm painting.

The ESC should be channel 2, steering should be channel one.

I had problems with my ESC on my pede trans! I dont know if it was because of that or by the RX. so I moved it up front and no more glitchin!

its acutally set back a little and mounted on the stock servo plate.hopefully everthing will work good.

Hmmm, I have my XL-5 ESC on top of the pede trans and the rx is right next to it and I'm glitching like crazy. May have to try moving it.
