the pede is very versatile, but the stealth give a little bit lower cg

i do already have a xxx-t tranny from my xxx-t, but i do not know how i would put on the driveshafts, or if it would be any good. also i would still be using my xxx-t, so i would not want to take it out for my crawler. how much do stealth tranny's run, how do they perform compared to a stampede tranny, and how do you mount the driveshafts?

Regardless if you're using it or not, you may have helped a few people.

Hello, I'm new in RC. I have one of TLT in stock condition. I want to modify it after find this forum. First, I want change its tranny but I dont know where is the best, pede tranny or stealth?
The other hand, in e-bay, there are 2 new transmission are sold. Its RC10GT and RC10GT2. Are both of this stealth tranny fit to stock's TLT chassis?
Between both this type of stealth, where do you prefer?
I'll appreciate your answer. Thanks

I only can tell you that the GT versions of the rc10 are nitro so you'll have to make a motor mount for your electric motor.
About the room in the stock chassis, I'm afraid I can't help you.

Look for a Stealth tranny from a Associated RC10 B4 or T4.

I'm not a fan of the Pede tranny.

That said, many love it and use it successfully.

You mean other than it's enormous size, weight, poor slipper design, and over use of plastic?

The B4 is my tranny of choice.

Small, light (you don't want a lot of weight on the chassis), bulletproof gears, and an awesome slipper design.

I got a pede tranny as well. I don't think I am going to be able to use it cause of it's size. Too big and may interefere with the seats/interior. May have to check into the Stealth tranny. Great thread , thanks.
