Default cvd straight axle

I received a delrin TLT straight axle from RC4WD the other day. First I tried to assemble it the way it was supposed to be set-up with stock TLT internals.

This was no good. The wheel axle had WAY too much play both front to back, side to side, and inside to outside. It was just totally wobbly.
RC4WD mentioned that they are going to fix this by adding another bearing in the housing where the knuckle would have been.

In the mean time I thought, well what the heck, lets see if our cvds will even fit in the housing.

Low and behold, not only did they fit without having to make any mods to the housing, EVERY SINGLE BIT OF SLOP WAS GONE. It was like these housings were made for the cvd's.

I couldn't figure out how the straight axle worked, now with these pics I understand. They look good and no knuckles or linkage to worry about.
