Default chassis questions

im looking for something to replace my sw2. i like it and all, but changin the motor or gearing is a PITA currently have a 35 turn in there for the snow and have a 45 for crawlin ... so im looking for a chassis that allows easy access to the motor.

seems like a kl32 or unimoger would but am looking for some input before i drop the coin. thanks

i agree with you on the pita deal but i really consider giving up something for the other now what i would do is this

National Comp Rigs.......

or buy a similar chasis with that cut all ready there i thinks it's calle dthe EZs TM3

bu t i would rather stick with the sw2 or go completly north and get the xrc

what about this chassis, how hard is it to get the motor in and out?

If you're looking to replace an SW2, get a J2-TT from reignrc.com or an XRC from extreme rc hobbies. Both are vendors here on the board.

The chassis you pictured is the XRC, and yes its pretty easy to work on.

I replaced my sw2 with a j2 and I'm nothing but impressed with it!
