Thanks guys.

Btw, the links are a Traxxas part also.

I had the red paint left over from another project, and the silver from the Ford body in my sig...so I decided to paint the body to match the rock rings and links. It turned out pretty decent, so I guess I'll keep it! Besides, I am sure it won't look that way for long, ROCK RASH!!

The blue springs off of my Integy piggy back shocks, they are a little softer than the stock e-maxx red springs.

I think they are the TRX-5318X, I threw the packaging away long ago so I am not sure, but they say 102mm on the shaft. They are 5mm in diameter and 110mm eye to eye.

Great looking build, I like the paint scheme too. Do you have any problems with the wheels hitting the body when it articulates? I just finished a Nissan Titan body and would picked up the silverado but it looked like the Chevy's body was too wide a full 1" over the titans 6 1/4" rear width.

Thanks. No, no problems yet, but I engineered the suspension to botom out before it rubs. Shock angle, and cut springs a bit, then set the shocks so there is droop and rise for suspension travel, but the rise stops just shy (1/8") of the body. Effectively using the shocks as bump stops like full size crawlers have. Eh, well it works..heh.
