looks great for being half put together. where are your upper chassis braces? they go in between your upper shock mounts. Also you are missing the inner screws for the lower skid plate, the ones that go right behind the lower link mounts. You also need to mount your rear upper links lower on the chassis, any reason why they are up so high?

Other than that, a quick change out of wheels and tires (tlt stockers will get you nowhere slowly) and eventually upgrade those shocks.

xxizzer421xx 03-29-2007 06:06 PM

well i will be honest with u idk the reason i am missing screws there is becuase all i got with my xrc was all my links my skid and my braces and like 8 screws and im not puttin my braces on untill i know i got everything where i like it and i got em up higher cuz everyone els with an xrc has em up there i didnt know if i ran the back axles flat like the front or not?

xxizzer421xx 03-29-2007 06:08 PM

plus i didnt get my windshield banner what is supossed to0 come with ike every order from xtreme rc hobbies but idk i dont feel like complaining about this i cant do nothing about it now

xxizzer421xx 03-29-2007 06:30 PM

There is not supposed to be screws in all four of the chassis holes. The inside (second) set is there for length adjustment only. Some people do put a screw there also but it's not what we intended or supply. You should have 4 button head screws for the lower link to chassis connections. The button heads are there to help eliminate hanging up on terrain. You should have 4 longer, regular socket cap screws for the upper shock, standoff, chassis, and chassis brace assembly. The upper links are attached with four shorter socket cap screws with nuts.

On the decals if you would like some feel free to ask and we will mail you some. We wish all of our customers with questions would ask us. Please feel free to do so, sometimes we just don't catch problems or questions in threads.

Thanks,
David

chivas72 03-29-2007 07:11 PM

yes links too high

try to keep them parallel to the ground when your rig is at rest

told that all you had to do was ask
