Default Tuber Build

So I have been lurking on this board for a few years now and a couple of years back I bought a basic TLT based crawler off of here with the intentions of building a tube chassis for it eventually. Well, I finally got around to tearing it apart and starting on the new chassis. It will not be a comp rig, just something for me to play around with while camping and what not

Specs will be:
TIG Welded Semi Scale Tube Chassis with Rubicon hood (its actually solid rod on this one to make it easier on my first attempt)
~13 Wheel base
Locked TLT axles
Pede tranny
Undecided on electronics.
RC4WD 2.2 beadlocks
RC4WD 2.2 Crushers
etc.

Pics:

More pics to follow as I get it put together.

Looks good, that Cruiser in the back looks cool too from what I can see.

That's coming along nicely... x2 on the yota in the background. Can't wait to see this one built.

Nice build. I like the slung back look of it. Construction looks clean. The Sam Adams Winter Lager is even a better choice!

Thanks for the compliments guys. I hope to have it together in the next few weeks...

Not to hijack my own thread but as far as the Cruzah, heres a pic of it in its element:

Type recaro cell phone holder into Google... you should find some. Amazon was selling them cheap but they haven't had any in stock for some time... Hope they're not discontinued.

Has it been a few weeks yet? I have been really busy lately with work and getting my 1:1 ready for the wheeling season. I have gotten a few things done on the crawler as well though. At this point I need to finish the front shock mounts (shocks not hooked up in the pics) and put in the electronics. Based on my time crunch I am going to hold off on messing with seats and other things for now...

heres a couple new pics:
