Default tlt scale cralwer help

Ok so i'm new to rc crawling and this is my first build. I ordered a TLT-1 rock buster and should be in friday. I have look and searched for the past few weeks. I wan to build a 2.2 tlt scale crawler. I was going to go with either a mfm or a k2-3l chassis but i like the shocks to be on the outside to look more scale. I saw on guy bent his k2 chassis but i dont' want to do this. I don't want a leaf spring chassis nor a sw2 chassis. So what kind of Tranny will i need for for a mfm chassis. what size wb should i keep it near and what size links should i order. I also wanted to go with a hitec 645 servo because i heard good things about it. any opions? I want to keep it a some what cheap build but i also want to use the rock buster when i first get it so i wanted to be able to use the parts for the rock buster then possibly transfer them to the new chassis if i can. Thanks in advance
