| Front Dig Setup
Im thinking about doing a front dig setup on my TLT Im building. I have a extra HS-85MG servo I found and was wondering if it would be a good servo to use for the driveshaft slider? What servo are you guys using for the rear brake setup? Thanks |

I have seen one other set up for the rear brake that uses some type of socket on the drive shaft. Anyone know what truck I am talking about?

i think most use traxxas sliders, two male shafts and a female for the sliding. I dont know if they use rustler shafts or revo shafts.

I use the HS-85 and it works great. I also use Maxx driveshafts. If you are building one in the miniwheeler style that has the collar to lock the rear axle, I highly suggest JB welding a solid rod into the hole down the center for strength. After I ground off the splines on my first shaft it twisted within the first couple uses. With the solid rod JB'd in there I have not had any problems since. |

Or you can do it like mine and never worry about breaking a shaft.

I started working on the rear brake setup last night: I also added a lever for the drive shaft disconnect: |
