Jeepin'

Here is my SW2 Jeep crawling in my backyard. All shots driven into, but some not driven out of. I used the magical winch called my hand on those. Let me know what you think.

Looks nice, how are those stock tlt shocks holding up?

Norcal crawler 03-20-2007 04:19 PM

Believe it or not, i really like them. It gives just enough flex so i don't have to cut up the body. But still gives me enough so i don't flip going over the really sketchy spots. And they haven't leaked yet either.

subyman 03-20-2007 04:27 PM

They look good on your rig also, gives it a somewhat scale look (much more so than huge t-maxx shocks :))

Very nice"thumbsup" , i have a jeep body that's been sitting here forever because i didn't know what color to paint it, and now i do:) , hope you don't mind me copying your color scheme.

Norcal crawler 03-20-2007 05:14 PM

Nope, i don't care. This color look really good.

Looks great! Is your Dad going to want to build one for himself now?

Norcal crawler 03-20-2007 05:27 PM

I wish, then i could tell him to get a really expensive truck and then i could drive it! :) He is way to busy to get one. He probably would have a lot of fun with them though.

The sw2 is awesome. It has a ton of room for adjustments and lots of areas to mount the electronics. IMO, it is the perfect chassis for those who want to do both competions and just mess around. It is an awesome chassis and was very easy to build. And we are lucky to have that good of a backyard also. It is cool to just put our own little comps up and stuff.

my dad says he is just gona steal one of mine:lol: he probably drives them more than me!

Norcal crawler 03-21-2007 02:50 PM

Crawler02's dad drives his and uses up all his batteries on the stairs. And his charger takes 3 hours to fully charge a battery. Good thing mine only takes 30 mins.
