I want I droop tube. so I sent a pm and after alittle talking here is what we came up with.thanks alot to the builder of the chassi


droop tube chassi
tlt axles
b4 tranny
1b 1400 7cell over the servo or 1b 1400 7 cell stick pack
erickson beadlocks
m2k tires
traxxas big bore shocks
1000 weight shock oil
mamba 25
3013 with turned shaft
maxx drive shafts
hitec 985mg servo maybe a 5995

Hey man that looks good. I like that setup.

If you add just a little spring to the shock to raise it up. It'll have close to the same clearance as mine.

Not much time to tweak it before the comp though.

Does the rear pinion need to be turned up a little or is it the picture?

I will be using the sw2 this comp.I may use springs Im going to try no springs frist and see what i like. do you have any more springs you used? this will be ready for the next comp for sure.

Yep I can bring some to the comp. I think I have 3 different sets you can try. Bring it with you and we can wrench on it during the down time.

thanks,well you see the thing is I dont have it yet or my axles. if someone has some axles at the comp ill buy them and shocks maybe. someone will have a b4 tranny. if we can find a tranny Ill pull have axles and shocks off the sw2 and put them on the tuber so we can see it run and maybe I can get a vid

That looks real good so far - Damn it you guys are infecting me with tuber fever on the daily.
And the only cure is going to be breaking the torch out of storage...

yeah all the tuber builds are getting to me too....pics are only mock up pics im getting the chassi this weekend should have a coat of paint on it before the end of this weekend im really curious to see what it will look like with body panels on it.

Saw this tuber in person today. It was well built by this mystery man or woman.
Hopefully I'll get to see it in action soon.
What color is that? black or a hammered finish.
