Lower the battery, move the steering tie rod to the top of the knuckles, get rid of the rear bumper, get a servo horn and a better servo

Yeah, definately move that battery. You may want to try to put it up front somewhere, it will help with hill climbs, being that all that weight is closer to the front axle. Cool truck, none the less.

that battery position and th electronics are just temporary. Im gonna get a saddle pack and put it low in the chassis side plates right now there isnt really a way to move the stick pack to the front. ill get a new battery later because im poor right now

You pretty much nailed it.

Can that thing even turn with that shitty servo that has a servo saver and a shock attached to the steering?

I think you should call it "Project Gettostein" .

well, as far as i know the shock just makes the steering smoother. The truck does turn, im sure it wouldnt be as good as some other rigs but that servos the only one i had lyin around

well i worked on it a ton this weekend and have a little update.
I extended the chassis, made upper link mounts, put in my tamiya silver can motor, along wit ha 12 tooth pinion and a 90 tooth spur. I also pilaged the chassis braces from my pede to make some beefy body moounts.
i also painted this bronco body.

oh and do you guys think my motor/gearing setup will work well????
