Ultimate SuperDuty / Jeep CJ

So I've been working on this project for a little while now. It's a mountianeer frame, stampede tranny, TLT axles, and misc. other little bits. The end result should look something like this

So far it looks like this

Will the box of macaroni stay?

Should be cool either way

team-nyke 03-17-2005 09:55 AM

yeah it should be sweet i like the scale look with a truck body way better than the scale jeep

jwrape 03-17-2005 09:58 AM

Yea, and it will be different than most of what's out there. The trimming of your body is really porportionate to the wheels. Nice job! Keep the pics coming

the ultamate superduty is a f250 and your body is a f350. should be cool. are you going to make scale rock rails and bumpers? :)

first off F250, F350 whatever. Second I want to make that stuff. But we'll see.

Do you plan on going the same route as Badger....leafs and tlt shocks or coils and seperate shocks. Either way its going to look good.

That was kind of mind thought. The only difference in a single wheel F250 or F350 is the spring rate. Everything else in them are the same. :?

No I'd like one but don't want to pay for them I've never seen one for under $30 like the lexan one. Plus the weight is high.

gregrocks90046 03-17-2005 06:26 PM

like everyone else, cool looking truck! are you going to use the masher 2k's?

rocpede 03-17-2005 09:34 PM

that would look cool when done and i've been reading about the build of that truck in the mag. came out cool.

rckjeep 03-18-2005 08:29 AM

The plan is bruiser/mounty frame, pede trans. & shafts, TLT axles & shocks, Rooster ESC, narrowed 2K's, and a mag mayhem. I'm having issues on where to mount the susp. links on the frame. Its a huge pain in the ass.

Plays_with_Toys 03-18-2005 10:34 AM

Looks like a good combo of wheels/tires/body so far. I take it this will be more of a scale truck and not a comp. truck or no? Get some pictures of your real deal ;)

bigred 03-18-2005 03:44 PM

since you got the ultimate f350 im gonna have to turn my pajero into "clampy".

very nice rig you got there RCKjeep
