Default Axle Cs causing more damage?

Anyone else have this problem? It appears that adding more aluminum to the axle housing has caused problems elsewhere. Frustrating thing is this rig has only seen two comps, maybe I overtightend the axle Cs. I think I will add some CA around these spots to add some strength on the next housing.

I've cracked one like that before. My guess is it's from overtightening the axle housing.

Odd, you must not drive much, I've been through 3 sets, I wallow out the holes and they get real sloppy.

wow! i don't know how you did that, since the bearings also help that part of the axle from being damaged from over tightening or flexing. i never had a problem with mine since they were put on just a slight mod to the stub axles cup area.

I would use 30minute epoxy over CA glue. CA is brittle and wont flex. Looks like they were overtightened to me, I havent had any problems yet.

Been running the same housings for 2.5 years, and c's for about 1 year, just about time for some new C's, slop is getting pretty bad, nothing wrong with the housings yet.

well they dont cost much but if you wanted to you could drill out the hole and use some flanged bearings and shoulder screws.

no issues with mine with the exception of having to bend them back into shape after each comp.
