Link geometry and set up is the most important aspect of any chassis after all. The best chassis in the world will suck if it's set up improperly. And like in any other competitve realm involving mechanical things, comp results speak louder than words. Looks like this chassis is piling up an impressive list of podium finishes... | |

It has to be the geometry of the links and balance of the chassis. Every time I run it on off camber stuff it amazes me. I just put a new lid on mine for Green River. I wonder how much the new NATIONAL CHAMP is going the beat me by. I'm guessing 50 points. new lid.............. |

| You got that right!! At the Axial comp, we were discussing the courses and possible lines/strategy before the comp, and he did stuff that I couldn't do, even though we had discussed/planned it before hand. I will say this, his truck works very well, and he knows exactly what it will do and how to make it do it. Also, if you notice, he really studies the obstacles to figure out how to go about overcoming them, doesn't just jump right in and "wing it". |

| My 3rd place finish was the first time I ever drove that truck in a comp, says alot for the truck. Heck last year I think I finished 30 something (it was so bad I don't even remember) and this year 3rd, says ALOT for the chassis. I have owned and competited with just about every 2.2 chassis out there and this one is by far the best, no question about it. I'd rather drive a GC-1 with open diffs than another chassis locked, it works that good! Okay maybe the diff part is alittle extreme 4WD is always good to have.
