| My New GC-1 Crawler
Check out my GC-1 crawler this is by far the best crawler i have ever built it is easy to build with hardley any modifications. it uses common hobby shop parts and works really well. it is sitting up pretty high in the pics but after i put the trans and motor in it, it lowered down. check out my pics! Wait 'till you run it. The GC1 is the most stable chassis I've ever seen. And it takes very little tuning to make it work. Austin has done a great job with its design |

It is definitely a DAMN good chassis, and Austin is a amazing driver too. If it doesn't win, it will definitely have a few people shaking in their boots at nationals this year. I gave him some crap at the beginning of the year (just joking of course), but he's really backed up his smack talk this year. I had the pleasure of unknowingly driving one earlier this year while I was course building, needless to say what I thought where "doable lines" others did some serious cursing on. There's something about a very low AND centered roll center that you can't get from a traditional none inverted four link. Austin knows his stuff ... and these trucks a dialed |

Any pics of this rig with all the electronics in it? I am getting more confused about what to buy now.

I believe Gatekeeper's got a vendors star for these chassis, I'm just not sure he has them for sale to the general forum yet. Check the vendors section, or check with Gatekeeper when he returns from the Nats.

What makes this chassis better that say an xrc? To the untrained eye it looks like the all the mounting points are about the same.

| Because the 4 link geometry is very correct compared to other chassis on the market, I have personaly driven one of these trucks and they are awsome. Just look at the lower link mounts, and the upper link mounts. Show me another chassis with this link geometry.......jees it won 1st and 3rd at the nats and 1st the axial comp, its not a fluke. |
