Default Sw3

My 9yr old daughter has been competing for a year now with her SW2, and she has done very well with it. Many of the WARCRC members have gotten used to the term "owned" When I heard Brad was coming out with a new chassis, I relayed the message to her, and she was instantly excited about it. I have been using her SW2 to compete with off and on, and my worst finish was 5th place, at all the comps I ran her truck in.
I love the SW2, but this new SW3 is now my favorite. More center clearance with a reduced COG over the SW2, very nice. It will have an R2 in it shortly, as I ran out of drill bits trying to drill the shaft (8 drill bits and only partway through) , expecting my new predrilled shaft anyday.
Specs
SW3
Mamba Max
RC4WD beadlocks/moabs
pede or R2
55t
jato shafts
JR DS8711(403oz)
Revo links
Losi aluminum shocks
MX3 tx/rx
Proline Mugen MBX crowdpleazer 1/8th scale
8cell 1500elite packs or 1100 CBP 3cell lipo's
CVD's f/r
Fatrock "C"s
MPI ACC234 HD regulator

Thank you BENDER for an awesome chassis, I expect Brittany to finish better than her 10th place overall from last series, with the SW3(maybe if she started practicing for once).

Nathan & Brittany

On it's side even with the 8cell pack, it's even better with the 3cell lipo

Pretty good

Just plain sick, driven into and out of

Looks good Nathan. Sounds like with a little practice Brittany may get an invite to the 2008 Nationals.

Have you had a chance to drive it in the rocks?

I was able to get a little in at lunch time( my jobsite for the next 3 months has some very nice rocks on it) and I was very impressed to say the least. I noticed the lower COG right away, very stable rig, and the extra breakover came in very handy. I am waiting to receive some shocks that are a hair longer for the rear, as I have the chassis set forward, and I want to raise the rear of the chassis another 1/8", but my shocks aren't quite long enough.

If Britt actually practiced between comps or even watched other people run the courses, I am scared to think what she could do. She usually plays until it is her turn, then just runs the stage. I try to get her to watch and learn, but I don't push too hard. She has fun, and that is what matters to me.

Pic of the rocks on my current jobsite, surface is like sandpaper

I have pede rear black springs on the rear, and losi yellows on the front, with 30 wt oil, I believe. It's been awhile since I serviced them, and it's probably about time for it
Come to think of it, I bought the shocks from Grover awhile back at a comp, and I think I just slapped them on her SW2 after I got home. They might be in need of service really bad, actually

Oh and Brad, I was going to use her old SW2 for my rig, but I am going to have to buy an SW3 for me now as well, after driving it
I'll try to get some pics tomorrow on the rocks, if I can put the radio down long enough

New stuff for Britts truck, rear axle lockouts

Stands on it's side RTR(although it doesn't lean like that with my regular foams in there, testing Kreepy's right now which mold like mad )

Short shaft for R2(predrilled)

Oh yes I did (Britt's been bugging me to get her a bug body)

Proud competitor with little sissy

Oh, and for those who need extraction.........

You know it, at the comp last weekend, 2nd stage I made an 11 and she pulled a cool -4, out of a possible -5, out of 28 trucks.
She has a blast doing it and the rest of the members enjoy having her around, even if she finishes better than them on a regular basis
This rig will make it easier for her, as it is a lot more stable and more capable, so she will be able to control it better, and do things she couldn't before.

After Britt let me borrow her rig for the axial comp, I decided I finally needed to add dig to it, another thing she has been bugging me to do for her for a few months Finally got around to doing it this afternoon.

Wish my dad would buy me stuff. Not just rc, anything I asked for. Oh well look really good. Your daughter seems really good. When she gets sponsered you can always be her manager and say you taught her well.
