Hey Darkhorse, are those RC4WD beadlocks and did you just paint the beadlock rims orange? I originally had the blue rings on mine, I painted the rims black and stripped the anodizing off the rings. I want a little more color for my next project and was thinking about painting the rings but didn't think the paint would hold up. If that's what you did, any advice? By the way, I usually don't like the bug bodies but yours looks really good.

that is my truck, DARKHORSE is holding it hostage, I used bbq black on the rims and cooked it on and the ring are primed painted and clear coated, if you look close they are chippin, but it aint no show truck, chips come with the territory, when they get badd enough I will repaint the rings

Sorry, I thought it was Darkhorse's. How much is he holding it hostage for? I may just have to try painting mine as well, like you said, you can always repaint them.

Give her a piece of paper with "How do you confuse a wife? Turn over for answer..." written on both sides. Should be good for at least an hour...

you guys are killing me, just got the trans mounted for mock up, have drill press will travel, just 2 extra 1/8"holes in the trans/skid, did no research before, so now I'm changing link mounts on the axles and got the last tire mounted up, work progressing smoothly, front axle is in gotta pull the rear apart again, couldn't find the link bracket for the rear, used something else and low and behold, the damn thing was right under my nose the whole time, just like I thought, pics in a little while, gotta go get my boy

as promised, I said I was going to do something different with this one, I have seen the full droopers and thought my JT-22 did better at alot of things, but the lure of the tuber got to me and had to try it out........droop front, sprung rear, 2 5/8" center at ride hight and 3 3/4" with droop, suspension feels real smooth............a few pics with poser shots, still need to install drive lines and a ton of weight
