| BULU2- Named M.R.V. PICS!!!5.31.05 Military Rock Vehicle I'm using Revo pushrods up top and 106mm links down low. This is just a rough setup. I need to make some mods to the chassis and some tweaking here & there before a thorough test can be made. The original name was B.R.A.T. Battle Ready Army Truck but MRV sounds cooler to me. What do you all think? EDIT: So it's been changed from M.R.E. military rock equipment or enforcment to M.R.V. MILITARY ROCK VEHICLE Last edited by rckjeep; 04-08-2005 at 01:51 PM. |

sweet, camo paint looks great on that MX-1 body. how 'bout M.R.V.--Military Rock Vehicle, then you can call it Merv I'll be at the next Nor-Cal 2.2 comp and see how my rig compares to a Bulu later |

m.r.v i think is better as well. coming from a military family m.r.e to me is "meal ready to eat". m.r.e is a orig name for a crawler but m.r.v i think is a better choice.

you know I was suprised that I didn't have any binding issues like a lot of the other guys. And my front upper link mount is at the front of the servo too. it seems fine though. M.R.V. it is

How come you mods get to change the Title of the Thread? And whats up with people and the binding? That was the whole point of my building my cheesy black plastic 3 link, just to show people that anything is possible with the B2. Nice clean Lookin Build BTW! I like the Camo duds Too... |

BEATS ME? I can only do it to forums I'm the mod of. I wish it was different. The only thing I can think og with binding is if they don't have the ball ends aligned. then one end is maxed when the other is maxed. but who knows without seeing them in person.

The truck looks good though. How does it perform? Oh and as far as changing the titles. The reason mods can do it, is if someone makes an utter mistake, ie: "Will this work on my Clod?" when they are asking about a TXT or something. Also, we don't want people switching their titles left and right, because it makes it hard for people who are searching for a thread by title name, that's why if I ever change a title to one of my threads, I only add to the end of the original title. | |

I can't cut those things. I just love the look of them too much. I will most likely run some narrowed mashers on this one. For that more scale look.

Whoa dang, I love the subtle look of the thing. I`m thinking about making my brother a truck like that for christmas. Could you put up a list of things that you did?

PWT, I still have the Tuber, its still together and running. I'll leave the All-T's on it since they fit so well and use the swampers and mashers for the Bulu. I'd submit a chassis if I had a design I was happy with. I want to do something different than what is currently available but just haven't got the design that everything I want it too. Can wait to the see you next chassis.
