The CVD's come with the appropriate spacer to take up the slack, and the MSD's are made with stock axles in mind, and it's not a big deal to drill out the hole a little |

What kind of drill bit (and size) would you recommend? I ask, because I am not a machinist and I do not want to F@*K up these GREAT rims from MSD!!!!!! |

| In your shaggin wagon build thread you mentioned running the additional screws for the servo mount was not necessary which was correct but recently the 2 screw that go through the mount and screw into the axle have been backing out. which causes the plate to move around would one solution be to put 2 additional screws to hold the plate or buy another axle case? thank you for your great customer service ps your inbox is full |

I got a new Grappler body painted up for the Mid-West Comp next weekend. I'll also be swapping out to a new set of Rock Claws, probably while we're on the road.

Looking Good Bender, I like the clear windows instead of blacked out. If you need someone to train with this week, my schedule is open, let me know.

I'll be working a swing shift this week, so I'm not sure I'll have much time to practice before we leave.

I finally got the MSD lockouts installed in the rear. Very well thought out design, rounded on the bottom and flat on top. The top of them would be perfect for extra stick on weights, if needed. They bolt right up with ease too. |

Thanks Nathan, the lockouts are very slick. I stripped the M3 threads for the kingpin screws in my modded RC4WD knuckles, so I drilled and tapped them for 6-32 socket head screws. Then I had to drill the kingpin holes in my original C's out to fit the heads of the 6-32 screws. Over time the arm on one of the knuckles has started to bend slightly, you can see it a little in the pics. So, it's time for an upgrade to the MSD axle C's and RCP's aluminum knuckles. I threw them together to see how the steering felt, it's very smooth with very little slop. The machine work on both these products is top notch. I'll try and get them installed tomorrow, and maybe get a little testing in. |

I like the MSD C as well, but had to really open up the cut out for the steering knuckle to max steer. Not a big issue, but I would check the fit of your alloy knuckles. nice pics. -peter- |

Yeah, I noticed that too, no biggie. At least the knuckles have a beefy arm.
