That's a sweet looking body Bender. I finally paint up my 1st bug body, which I like trucks better, and they come out with this thing. Go figure, oh well, a winter series with my new bug and I'll need a new body for next summer.

That is low. I'm sitting at about 6 3/4" now, but I'm going to try and get it even lower.

It's mounted on my super rig right now. If I decide to sell it, I'll let you know though.

Rig looks good, like the new body. So what did you have to do to run the 2.5 shafts on the pede trany? any shaving or anything?

Thanks. The yokes on the 2.5 shafts are really the only things that need modding. It can be a little time consuming to make the yokes fit, but it's worth it IMO.

Here's a link to my original post on the 2.5 shafts.

Finally got my dig set-up installed. It's working better then I thought it would, but more testing is needed. It doesn't completely lock the rear wheels right now. The dig collar shifts back into the blue rubber grommet wrapped around the driveshaft giving it a light drag brake, when engaged.

It's pretty much a 50/50 set-up. I think my rear links might be 3/16" longer at the most.

There's some things that will change on this set-up before it's comp ready. I'm going to slide the servo forward more, adjust the linkage and length of the servo horn, beef up the dig collar, etc. But, I've got 2 packs through it with no issues right now.

I'm gonna move to another state so maybe I can win some comps.

Nice setup Fred. I like the light drag brake idea.

Yup, there are some definite advantages to running dig.

Thanks.

I run the Rock Claws the way they were intended to be run most of the time. I usually flip them around as they wear.
