Build looks good so far. I just run Jato turnbuckles as upper links, check the LHS for turnbuckles that may work as uppers.

I'll have more link mounts ready shortly too.

Cool, thanks Ill check the LHS.

What are some softer springs that i could run? The ones that are on there now are pretty hard.

I like the Losi white buggy springs (part #LOSA5147) in front and on the right rear. I usually run a the stock front spring off the Stampede in the left rear.

They are rated at 1.8. They are one of the softests springs I've found.

keep in mind that full droop is an option, it gives you a way lower center of gravity and looks better in some cases.

i found some sheet metal in my garage and decided to make my own link plates.

When i mounted the tranny i had to mount it to the derlin skid. When i had the tranny in my tracer chassis i had to cut off the screw holes that are used to mount it to the side plate.

The links are junfac ones that i had to shorten 3/4 of an inch.

Now i need the little link mounts to mount them to the plates and can find any so if you know where to get them let me know.

So i need my upper mounts, upper links (Jato turn buckles), And those losi springs and i should be good to go.

Oh i also need to find a better way to mount my battery. but i will probably need to buy one that is not so bulky. Any suggestions?

Check out cheapbatterypacks.com and order some of the 2/3A Elite 1500's, work real good and they are small.

if you are gunna just bash this rig then its fine

but if you plan on using this in a comp
i would lengthen your wiring and mount your esc on the rear axle
also switch from tamiya battery connectors to dean connectors
and your rx on top of your upper links in the rear of the truck to get the cog(center of gravity) a little lower

and clean up the wiring a bit
you need that new battery pack too thats the same one im planning on buying

the way you locked your rear axle could be improved and out of the way
