Yes there is a little less run time running the extra servo but not much. If you have our end points adjusted right you will barely notice it.

Looks great Dustin. I came the same conclusion you did about dig yesterday. Time to order some more R2D's.

hey I've been toying with the idea of putting a R2D in my rig also but do you think I'll have a problem using a TQ3 with no endpoint adj. ?? the TQ3 already is switched over for when I had rear steer and I also have a hs-645 that I could run the dig with....just wondering about the endpoint thing. Thanks

the non electronic analog old school way to fix end point adjustment is to use the right servo horn and correct linkage

I am thinking about trying a mini servo because i think the 5955 is way more than needed. I have been beating the snot out of this set up this weekend and have yet to have a problem. Just make sure you have your End points adjusted and your linkage set up with out any binding. I have put this set up in a bind were i stalled the motor and the everything held up to the goat system. so far so good

I would not recommend using any radio that does not have end point adjustment for this set up.

Thanks Brian, The R2D is working great. You better get a bunch because once people see how well this set up works everyone is going to want one.
