allright some updates
i went from this






to this...








i purchased the msd axle c's

i have been trying to get a more of a competition setup
esc mounted on the rear axle
Rx mounted on the rear upper links
Shocks mounted upside down and a new shock oil setup thanks too bender
Moabs on narrowed rims thanks too lost his user name
bug body trimmed and painted thanks too Rckcrwlr
3 post to mount the body with foam on top of the post
New spur gear 84 and pinion gear 12 tooth soap in the spur for a dry lube
rebuilt shocks with new team assocaited shock oil thanks to LHS
bent the lower links in the rear i snapped the first set that i tried to bend
new lexan antenna mount and spur gear cover to protect the wires
clean up the wiring a bit
msd axle c
aluminum servo post painted with a coat of flat black
tg 10 axles with derlin spacers
moved the drag link a little bit lower on the servo horn
new rear lockout setup
and a longer screw and locknut for the drag link and the tie rod
new wheel lock nuts
lead weight on the front axle
lead weight in the rear wheels hot glued melted and painted flat black
new battery tray painted flat back
both front and rear axle's shaved
and both regreased with a thick grease


what else should i change
im getting rcp knuckles when they get back in stock
bearings
maxx shafts

i want cvd's too

The knuckles will definatly help the turning radius as will getting fat-rock C's. For the rear you should get the strait axle adapters and the SS axles to go with them. Other than that the rig looks to be set up to kill the competition.

How much weight are you running in the front wheels? Set-up looks good, electronics are nice and low. Going to 2/3A cells on the front axle will lower your CG even more, Holmes Hobbies is making packs like mine now.

CVD's will help your rig become more comp worthy for sure, especially if you don't run dig. Switching to Rock Claws will make a huge difference too.

So when you going to be ready to get together and crawl. So you also missed a good comp this last weekend. I did well and next comp i wont run novice.

there were 2 other guys who lived close enough on the socalrcrc forum and i asked them if they would come to comp if we had one and neither responded

getting a set of beadlocks thanks to iwanttocrawl
and mayhem

alloy hexes

and im gunna sleave some links and some new stickers


everything in black and the rim is the most narrow
i getting those rims in black

ya it really is and its only 15 min away from my house

couple tennis balls and we have a competition difficulty course setup and running

the rig is gunna get rebuilt
regreased
check for wear and tear
then some parts will be painted flatblack
